Hydroxon provides a technical environment for the real-time supervision of hydrogen production and distribution networks, utilizing AI for flow dispatching and pressure forecasting. Access is granted for monitoring and operational purposes as defined in your service agreement.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All content, software, dashboards, visualizations, and AI models on the platform are the property of Hydroxon or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without express written permission.
The platform and its data are provided "as is". Hydroxon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Hydroxon shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
